China is coordinating a strategy with Pakistan to block India's entry into the Nuclear Suppliers Group:

US sources say China's grand plan is to 'eat its cake and have it too', that is reject the Indian application to the NSG on the pretext of neutrality between India and Pakistan and then hope that the neutrality card will stop any Indian commercial blow back on China.
