India's Supreme Court has declared that homosexuality is again a criminal offense, overruling the previous Delhi High Court verdict:

While the Taliban lobby in India may be rejoicing, I think that Modi and RSS should use the opportunity to meet privately with gay community leaders to offer them support in getting it decriminalized again. The govt has no place in people's bedrooms.
