North Korea is threatening to conduct nuclear missile tests intended towards the United States:

Somehow, I can't help but notice this is happening on the heels of China's anger over the Senkaku/Diaoyu islands. China is North Korea's puppetmaster and chief patron, after all. Whenever the Chinese get mad, then suddenly the North Koreans start acting up.
