release of "Lost River" in Malayalam translation at Ernakulam, November 2

this is a fabulous book: michel is a scholar and a gentleman.

the brochure is too long (it is for the entire dc shindig) and so i have not attached it. the relevant information about 'saraswati' is that the book will be released on nov 2 at the marine drive grounds, ernakulam/cochin, kerala at 5:30pm, along with another book on the mullaperiyar issue.

Dear friends,

I am glad to inform you that the Malayalam translation of The Lost River: On the Trail of the Sarasvati is being published by DC Books, Kottayam. The release function will be at Ernakulam on November 2, as part of the 15th DC International Book Fair & Cultural Fest (November 1–14).

Dr. M.G.S. Narayanan, the noted historian, will be releasing the book. Further details are below, as well as in the brochure of DC Books, which I am forwarding in a separate mail as the file is large (8 MB).

It would be a privilege to have your presence at the function. I would also be grateful if you could kindly forward this mail to your friends in Kochi who you think might be interested.

With warm regards,

Michel
