Today pak army has total control (as always) with not even nominal responsibility. (as sonia enjoys). Why screw this up by removing figleaf 'democracy' and rubber-stamp PM? So this coup talk is all diplomatic theater. Entertainment but no substance, sort of like sachin's century.

That's why Imran Khan's star is suddenly rising - because the Army want him in. This will save the Army from having to be out front, absorbing the people's ire for Pakistan's lousy economic conditions.
