Pakistan seems to be taking comfort in building up its nuclear arsenal, which has increased by 40% in the last couple of years:
Just to correct one blatant error in that CNN piece - China does *not* have merely 40 nuclear weapons - it currently has about 450, and ten years from now will have probably twice as many.
