canadian judge sharply rebukes their govt in kanishka tragedy: canada's bhopal

jun 17th, 2010

suggests incompetence, even possible collusion with terrorists, total disregard for the plight of the suffering civilians.

this is canada's bhopal -- the doings of an insensitive government that considers certain people to be too small and their deaths not worth worrying about. the indian government is good at covering up genocide -- as it did in the genocide of 10,000 sikhs in delhi in 1984. the canadians must have learned from that that indian lives were not worth very much. maybe some canadians also felt that revenge by the sikhs for this genocide was acceptable, and so they turned a blind eye to the airline bombing.

canadians also covered up the incompetence for a long time, but finally it has come out in this stinging report. of course, in india judges are hired to come up with convenient reports that serve political masters. canadians are better -- they do seem to want to get to the truth. at least they got to some semblance of the truth in 25 years. indians will never learn the truth about the bumbling in bhopal, and the criminal negligence at the highest levels in letting union carbide and anderson off the hook -- for the simple reason that they were white guys. at most, that washed-up, senile arjun singh will be sacrificed.
