What if 26/11 was planned by the US? And also Kandahar ? Or what if they knew about both well in advance? What if "they" want to gauge if India is ready to take drastic and forceful action in ANY such case in the future? What if....?
more likely situation is that the CIA knew quite a bit about 11/26, but didn't bother to tell india. this would have been to a) protect their source headley, b) because they just don't care about indian (or even american) casualties so long as their goals -- whatever they are -- are not jeopardized.
