Pakistan's army is deeply upset over the Kerry-Lugar aid bill passed by the US Congress, which attaches stringent conditions to Pakistan's govt and army, as a requirement for receiving aid.
Given the timing, one has to wonder whether the latest attack on Pak Army headquarters wasn't a stunt by them to build sympathy for themselves to avoid being ensnared by US aid conditionalities.
