sep 23rd, 2009

now that's an argument that's definitely not going to cut any ice with barack hussein obama.

or for that matter with manmohan "this country's resources are first for mohammedans" singh.

Coll was allright till the time he wrote Ghost Wars - its been downhill since. Now he is an Obama automaton who thinks the US should use defense procurement to build green automobiles!

the reality is that the US does not have options in Af-Pak. The Pak's have chosen china over the USA - and given the economic linkages between china and the yanks ; the americans will murmur softly and leave. then the jihadi guns will be turned to india - while MMS pisses his pants over Baluchistan, Krishna mouths inanities and Tharoor minds his twit(ter) manners because Aunty Sonia said so. as th eman himself tweeted - aunts have to be obeyed!
