water security is going to be one of our biggest headaches, esp. at a time of global warming and the disappearance of the glaciers, not to mention short-term issues like this year's presumed el nino.

this Rudd 'bloke' is the new Nehru. just as we had our King Uncle proclaiming Panchsheel and saying that china had to be in the security council before India -only to be socked in the face, so it is with Rudd.
