seems like the Russians and Chinese are using Iran as the cat's paw to put more pressure on the dollar (yes it is a self-defeating move for the Hans but maybe they are not serious - just sending warning signals). A steep dollar decline will not happen due to the Iranian non-dollar oil bourse, the Iranians do not have that much oil. But if Russia and Venezuela were to join in - the impact could be sizeable
