Interesting the terrorist got loans from "Minority Development Corporation" - which surely is a government department. This is what Manmohan meant when he said the Mohammedans will get the first bite of the nations resources.
They used to have only "Kashmiri Emporia" - now I wonder if medical clinics should be added to the suspect list as well!
