i can't help being sceptical about this, but maybe it is a good thing. all the hot air generated by the likes of manmohan singh, prakash karat, deve gowda et al can be bottled up and sold at gas stations :-)
is this one way tata is going to do a re. 1 lakh car? i have been hearing about this technology off and on.
