when i was in goa, i was astonished at the number of 'kashmiri emporia' there. none of them had any customers, but had lots of predatory young men lounging about outside.
clear implication: sleeper cell.
if you want to cut down on mohammedan terrorism in india, first shut down all the 'kashmiri emporia' which, for instance, 'sell' carpets in kanyakumari.
this is an instance of unreasonable privilege: kashmiri mohammedans can buy land and set up shop anywhere in the rest of india, but nobody from the rest of india can buy land in j&k.
just as a kashmiri mohammedan being sentenced to death by the supreme court cannot be executed, because he is a privileged person. mohammedans can get away with anything in "indhimmia" courtesy of manmohan 'invertebrate' singh and party.
